Operated under the department of Culture and Knowledge, the Observer aims to deliver reliable and trustworthy news and information for all Sin'dorei, both in Quel'thalas and those traveling abroad.
News updates will be broadcast across Azeroth along the Ley-lines using the latest in developments by the Arcanists of Sunfury Spire, allowing them to be accessed and conjured into view with a simple cantrip spell from virtually anywhere!
For foreign visitors, or Sin'dorei who regrettably lack aptitude even for cantrips, hand held devices that will tap into and show the news will also be available.
